Bio
We are a four piece indie-experimental-rock band inspired by the energy of bands like Nirvana and Fugazi, the vocal character of David Bowie, Frank Black, and the crooners of the 1950s, and the compositions of The Pixies, The Clash, and the late Beatles. Our three minute songs our filled with vocal and guitar hooks that are coupled with the energy of our raw "barroom brawlin" (The Nashville Scene) rock sound. Mormann's lyrics are layered with a sort of incoherent yet sinister edge that begs for a feminine victim in the hopes of evading his stormy inner dialogue. To wrap his message up in handful of words, Joe sings the anthems of a "self deprecating blasphemous matricidal misogynist rock band."
