On the seventh day, God proclaimed, "Let there be rock." And there was. Shortly thereafter, The Frank Stalloners crawled out of a pool or primordial ooze somewhere on the shores of New York and morphed into the face-melting, bone-crunching, teeth-rattling rock and roll phenomenon that exists to this day.
The Frank Stalloners have graced the stage at some of NYC’s greatest rock clubs. Whether it’s tearing it up at The Bitter End, opening for Tony Joe White (“Rainy Night in Georgia”) at Sullivan Hall or packing heat during their monthly residence at Crash Mansion in spring 2011, the band leaves no face unmelted and no earhole unrocked.
Hellbent on world domination, the band regularly takes their act on the road, bringing their unique brand of face-melting rhythm & blues up and down the east coast. Following a sold out show in the summer of 2010 at The Rookery in Washington DC, The Stalloners supported Charlie Hunter, Anders Osborne and George Porter Jr. at Equifunk in Pennsylvania. They recently booked a repeat performance at Equifunk 2011 alongside The New Deal. Closer to home, The Stalloners were finalists in 102.3 WBAB's Homegrown Superstar with their song "Tijuana Shuffle."
