Bio
Steve Siegler is a native of Red Bank, NJ. At age twelve, he picked up the guitar and began writing songs. Growing up in the 80s, he rejected the hair metal and new wave music of the day, instead immersing himself 60's and 70's era rock, particularly The Doors, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Wonder, and David Bowie.
Steve released his debut CD, The Favorite, in August 2010 with the help of acclaimed NY composer/producer Dan Siegler. The album contains 10 original songs which reflect the many ups and downs of being a boyfriend, husband, and father. Steve's music has a sincere and emotional quality which appeals to listeners of all ages.
Steve is currently supporting his album by with solo acoustic gigs at clubs in New York City and New Jersey. He can also be heard regularly on Jango internet radio.
