"Puppet"

Borrowing heavily from Hall’s former band, The Dreaming is heavily influenced by Stabbing Westward, which for me and the millions of other fans out there is a good thing. Puppet does not simply retread old musical ground though, the hypnotic electronic beats, heavy driving guitars and soaring melodies are alluring, irresistible, fresh and inventive.

At the end of the day Puppet is a terrific disc; one which has become a regular part of my daily rotation. There's something about these tunes that are just so infectious that I can’t get them out of my head. - Pure Grain Audio

"The Dreaming Album Review"

The album ‘s stand-out tracks are Breathing, Every Trace, Stitches ,Hole (featuring Black Veil Brides guitarist Jinxx), End In Tears, Too late and Always and Never. The melodies are both highly haunting and catchy. The hooks are clearly obvious at the first listen. I love the piano part by Black Veil Brides guitarist Jinx in Hole. Every Trace features a strong pounding rhythm section that appeals to you immediately.

My favorite is by far End In Tears that would be an excellent follow-up to Every Trace and for sure, an upcoming hit on Active and Alternative Rock Charts. The dreamy melody and upbeat riffs make this song an anthem.

In conclusion, you will not disappointed. The Dreaming ‘s Puppet is an album that deserves a place in your music library. It is recommended to everyone who is looking for something different.

"Puppet Review"

Puppet, which was released in November, is the new album from The Dreaming and contains some new and some reworked previous material. I was anxious to hear some of the songs that I have been listening to over the past few years in a new light and I haven’t been disappointed by both subtle and drastic changes.

The album kicks into high gear from the beginning with the title track. Johnny Haro’s percussion starts things off with an aggressive edge that follows throughout the entire album. I especially love the vibe of the first single, Every Trace, with the simple beat that really is the driving force behind the song. - Fake Plastic Tunes
