The DollyCopps

The Dolly Copps started almost 2 years ago as an outlet for alt rock concepts that had been kicked around by old friends and former bandmates. The core of the group (Barry-guitar&vox, Larry-Bass and Mike-Drums) has been complemented by several other contributors along the way (Bill-lead, Chris-guit&vox, Gabe-violin). Despite this turnover, a mix of old and new alt/indie rock influences has steadily guided the group to create a wealth of diverse and original material. During the past 24 months, the group has played The Paradise, The Lizard Lounge, Church, Precinct, Copperfields, The Midway Cafe, Millys and All Asia with support from a close following of friends old and new. A 5 song EP was recorded in 2010 at 6MAV in Haverhill MA. Joined now by a new lead guitarist, the group is again booking shows to introduce an entire set of new material. Stay tuned for a new string of shows this spring/summer.
