It’s difficult to stand out as an a R&B singer. The genre itself already doesn’t lend to much individuality. And there’s a million other guys out there willing to grind harder, strip down quicker and do whatever to make it. That’s why singers like Dash are needed. The Bahamian singer/songwriter is the real deal.
Dash is currently experimenting with funk and electro pop and it’s evident on his recent single “The Greatest Show,” a sleek and sexy jam that would find itself comfortably on any Top 40 station. His voice is the treat here. Dash possesses a velvety tenor that calls inspiration from greats like Prince and Stevie Wonder without a blatant bite. Trey Songz, take notes. “The Greatest Show,” is from upcoming album Electric Circus - Kendrick Daye
