Here we have The Craft, a small duo coming out of suburban NJ. With only two singles out right now, they’re virtually unheard of, but that needs to change. Bio

The CRAFT were established in 2012, when Malachi Dee and Luigi Ferraro left college in Boston to pursue their music careers in NYC. They enlisted the help of some local musicians with the idea of spreading positivity and unity through their music. The CRAFT is about happiness and love, and they are not afraid to confront human nature the way they see it. Their music has been described as Acoustic/Alternative instrumentation with rock dynamics and improvisation that is a fusion of elements of funk, jazz, blues, hip-hop and reggae. The band plays regularly at local venues in the NY/NJ club circuit to wildly enthusiastic audiences.

The CRAFT are hitting the road for their first North American tour in a vehicle that defies description. The CRAFT Mobile is a 16-foot box truck that was converted from a food delivery truck to a glass enclosed mobile recording/performance studio. It is fitted with LED lights, under-glow, and a full sound system, including four roof-mounted BOSE speakers that take the music from inside and bring it to the people. The inside is retrofitted with a Presonus digital mixer and JBL studio monitors and chairs for the musicians. The CRAFT Mobile will be used as a performance environment and a recording studio as Mal and Luigi prepare new songs for their next CD.

The CRAFT will be playing songs from their first album AWAKEN (out 10/31/13) as well as new songs from their new soon to be released CD recently recorded at Avatar Studios NYC (formerly PowerStation) and produced by 6-time Grammy Award winning producer Steve Boyer.
