Meet SWEET FIX, five scrappy guys from New York who play irony-free rock songs about sneaking out, falling in love, and hitting it big—anthems with danceable hooks, soaring vocals, and, yes, bitchin’ guitar. Seem like a throwback to glory days? Golden Age, the name of the band’s tight debut album, really means the future as much as the past. Cyber soundscapes converge with classic craft in music you can make out to—on the moon. See them headline Mercury Lounge on October 3 and watch for their forthcoming feature-length documentary. - The Deli Magazine
"If you're not familiar with Sweet Fix, their sound incorporates a lot of familiar influences. Upon first listen, you'll notice their retro sounding hard rock with power pop sheen. My ears also make out inspiration and elements from bands like Queen, The Cars, The Killers, Marvelous 3, ELO, Van Halen, Weezer, The Darkness, all drizzled with a sweet electronic New Wave topping and a hairband flair for the dramatics"
"It sounds preposterous, but they've somehow combined pop, new wave, glam, modern and classic rock into one concise album. Clocking in at under 30 minutes, it's fast paced, memorable, and pretty f*cking epic thanks to the bands creativity and the outstanding production from Geoff Stanfield." - Jay Amablie

Sweet Fix has played almost every major stage in NYC, and has best been described by Jay Amabile from TSA:
""they've somehow combined pop, new wave, glam, modern and classic rock into one concise album. Clocking in at under 30 minutes, it's fast paced, memorable, and pretty f*cking epic thanks to the bands creativity and the outstanding production from Geoff Stanfield."
SWEET FIX formed in 2009 at Brown University with guitarist Ivan Anderson and Drummer Marco Santini. The band landed in NYC where they added bassist Bill Sapanaro, vocalist Tommy Walker and keyboardist Jeff Manian. The 5-piece have honed their reputation by gigging at most major NYC clubs, playing instantly memorable melodic alternative songs and a sugar-buzzed live show.
