We have yet to record an album, but do have various demo recordings and recordings of our practices.
Most of the demos were recorded before our bassist joined, the bass on the demos was played by Mark Mitchell.

Bio
Sundog formed when guitarist/singer Mark Mitchell and drummer Richie Debonis met through a mutual hair stylists around 2014. Both were veteran musicians at the time with some common musical ideas but very different backgrounds; Mark had mostly played in hard-rock/metal acts, while Richie was becoming a well-known jazz drummer on the NYC scene with his jazz act The Nowtet.
The combination of a jazz improv approach with traditional hard rock songwriting values and an emphasis on groove and timbre over virtuosity, is kind of what Sundog is all about.
We met. We jammed. We kept jamming. We drank beer. We jammed some more. NOW HERE WE ARE!
