Bio
Born and raised in south of Sweden, I now reside in the dear capital of my country, Stockholm.
In my younger days, life was all about corner kicks, avoiding yellow cards and season tickets.
That was until one blurry day in the early nineties when I found myself in a karaoke bar, and, needless to say, I was hooked.
Singing lessons followed and a year later I got myself into acclaimed Gothenburg music school, The Ballet Academy. After three years in there, I got my
degree in singing and dancing, which subsequently resulted in the opportunity for me to travel all over Sweden with various show-groups and acts.
My experience so far has been everything from performing in front of handful of people in a club,
to over 40,000 in Gothenburg's Ullevi arena, which was, to say the least, a truly profound moment!
It's been an amazing privilege for me to travel and make a living from singing, however there's always been this feeling that I had something more
to give. Something more personal perhaps.
Two years ago I made the big decision to let the music and the songs inside of me out, out into the glorious daylight.
Consequently, I started to write and put together material for my own record.
This will be my debut album, and by no means a 'one and only', I believe it is just the beginning.
There's a good bit of classic country in there, together with some solid pop sounds, as well as some of my own new flavor... Always
wanting to stay true to who I am and what I want.
I've taken my influences(Keith Urban, James Blunt, Maroon 5, amongst others), and let them shape me but not compromised my own unique sound.
I also have had the great honour of working with Mike Eriksson (Rockatown
Music Design, BlueEyesSoul, Carola Häggkvist/Andrea Bocelli) as a
producer and consular on several tracks on the album.
Some tracks we mixed at the legendary studio in Stockholm (SAE studio Stockholm) and
mastered at Cosmos Mastering by Sören Von Malmborg and Christofer Stannow.
And right now I'm just looking forward to playing music for anyone who will listen and anywhere the music takes me.
