Static Nebulus was conceived in 2011 during a summer lightning storm when Zack and Nick first started jamming in a renovated bathroom of the Laramie Plains Civic Center.
Sparks flew as the duo immediately discovered their musical chemistry and began to conjure their original rock sound. Thereafter the two worked tirelessly to refine their voice and craft. Over the years auxiliary members have rotated through the band's ranks helping to shape and add to the band's sound.
They also found success as a duo playing to hundreds of cheering fans as they headlined
Laramie Jubilee Days in 2013.
The band has played extensively throughout Wyoming as well as Denver, CO and Salt Lake City with great reception.
Their first album Sunflowers, Sparrows and Skeletons was recorded in Denver and released in 2014.
