"The Time Is Now" Star Waan's introduction EP project recorded in Cleveland, Ohio, with songs such as Confident, Never Gon' Stop and Tell him A lie. Star uses these songs in his own particular way to interact with the crown and make them feel the lyrical content of the song while performing. He has done that numerous times during his previous performances which he always gain attention for that as an upcoming artist for having that stage presence to make anyone enjoy his performance.

Star Waan an independent experimental rapper and songwriter from New Jersey. “THE TIME IS NOW” EP his initial foray into the industry boasts 7 tracks featuring upcoming sensations J. Kingston and J Nyce. In summer of 2018, Star’s US tour took his across country where he shared the stage with popular international recording artist Aidonia in Ohio. With an abundant array of abilities Star is especially impressive with his crowd control skills, fierce energy and unique fusion of dancehall, hip-hop and pop genres.
Star Waan was born and raised in Jamaican, migrated to the United States in his mid-teens, where he developed the styles and sounds from both cultures. Influenced by Jimmy Cliff, Tupac and Micheal Jackson it was evident where he derived his unique sound and style. In 2017 with the love for creating art, Star diverted from his Electronic Technician career to be a fulltime musician. The artist had amassed an incredible amount of written music in which he ultimately explained himself based on life experiences. While organizing The Time Is Now project Star graduated from being a private musician to developing fresh concepts and melodies that will prove advantageous and invaluable to the industry.
Star Waan is currently working on original projects that will be released soon.
