About Sound Of Curves:

Since forming in 2009, The Sound of Curves have established themselves as a Texas based Alternative rock band. Uniting traditional elements of alt-rock with southern guitars, strong bass and drums, and daring expression.

The inclusion of keys and synths compliment their heavily curated and charismatic approach to music making.

In the midst of a coast to coast North American tour the band found solitude in writing. The bands new found maturity and mastery found within this new realm of creativity, was fueled by visions from the road. During this time they were able to solidify the framework for their newest release, “Gone Gatsby.”

Arguably the strongest release by the band to date, they have successfully strung together a lyrically and musically solid composition while maintaining their bold sound.

The first single off of the LP, sharing the same title as the LP, “Gone Gatsby” is abundant with energy, strong instrumentals, and engaging lyrics; and at the same time awarding the band an anthem like presence. - Spill Magazine

Earlier this month, we gave you the premiere of Sound Of Curves’ track “Gone Gatsby”. Today, we’re bringing you the accompanying music video for that song, a three minute party flick filled with 20’s inspired vibes that would make Jay Gatsby himself proud.

The Texas based band is gearing up for the release of their latest album, that shares a name with the single below. Inspired by the idea of total excess and the vulnerability that comes along with it, it’s accompanied by kickass alternative rock sounds.
