Skyhawk Drive

Skyhawk Drive, from south-central Pennsylvania, recently released their 2nd EP with producer Ben Kasica (former lead guitarist of Skillet). After the release, Skyhawk Drive was mentioned on iTunes as a "new and noteworthy" artist, as well as listed under the "what we're listening to" section of the site. The band has also been one of the top ten most downloaded bands on Purevolume.com multiple times, and their new single, "Whisper," has recently begun to garner air-play on radio stations across the country. Skyhawk Drive's sound is original, with hints of influence by a variety of bands, including 30 Seconds to Mars, Paramore, and You Me at Six. Skyhawk Drive has shared stages with bands such as Relient K, Family Force 5, Disciple, and many other national acts, and has performed at large festivals such as CreationFest, Cornerstone Festival, Sonfest, Lifest, Ignitefest, and more. The band also secured a spot on the 2012 Vans Warped Tour in Pennsylvania. Skyhawk Drive will be spending the rest of 2012, as well as 2013 touring and writing non-stop, and hopes to begin the recording of an LP early next year.
