It’s often said that when something works well, when it’s really right, you just know it. This has proven especially true for the four members of Silvergun Superman. The brainchild of veteran bassist and longtime STP fan Jeff Cusner, Jeff brought the other three members on board to complete the group in a matter of mere weeks. All veterans of the Tri-State area music scene themselves, the instant chemistry was evident. “It came together so fast, our heads were spinning”, says Jeff. “From the first chord we played together, we knew we had something and could pull this off”. They do indeed pull it off in grand style. With the addition of guitarist Mark [The Maestro] Baginski, drummer Akil [The Professor] James, and lead vocalist Carlos Ferreira, the band has excelled in spanning the challenging repertoire of one of rock music’s greatest bands. From folk and acoustic elements, to the blistering hard rock STP is best known for, they capture the indelible sound and spirit of the Stone Temple Pilots live experience.
