SIESKI is a West-Coast born and now Toronto-based singer-songwriter and theatre artist who integrates her love for drama, singing, piano and storytelling into her sound. Growing up in a musical household, music has always run deep in her veins. Learning piano at a young age, she started to compose original songs; since then, she has been developing her unique style. Continuing to explore her authentic voice, music has and continues to be a cathartic experience, and a way of connecting to others through the art of song.
Dreamist EP (March 2019)
Her debut EP, ‘Dreamist’ includes five original tracks. Fully written and arranged by SIESKI, ‘Dreamist’ is raw, naked, quirky and powerful. With simplistic elements, SIESKI integrates indie/folk vocals and piano to tell the story of a young woman’s navigation between ideals and realities. Detailed with catchy rhythms, melodies, and lyrics, it captures SIESKI’s dreamy yet dramatic essence, exploring relationships to others as well as relationship to self.
