Bio
A kraut-rock clearing house of ideas with everything from black metal hiss and no wave skronk, to punk riffs and drone-scapes pushing their way out the door. In basements, bedrooms and garages, Britt Proulx and Andrew Hume cobble together pastiches of sound with burbles of synth, broken amps, and a myriad of pedals: gutting genres and Frankensteining together the bits they like. Punishing, beautiful and confusing from breath-to-breath, there is nothing as refreshing as Seizure Salad. - written by Kevin Boyer for Sled Island 2010
