Bio
Sedona Skies is an Indie Rock band based in Austin, TX. Their sound has a unique blend of powerful harmonies with dynamic lead guitar, bass and drum parts paired with catchy original music. Some of their influences include Fleetwood Mac, Florence and the Machine and Amy Winehouse. With Adara's soulful lead vocals and Carissa's dynamic fingerstyle playing, their music style touches multiple genres from indie folk to blues rock delivered with a retro style.
In 2017 the band recorded their first EP and celebrated the release with a headlining spot at Stubb's indoors. After the release the band received local and national acclaim and have continued to play and offer support for local and national bands at venues such as Stubb's, Hotel Vegas and Cheer up Charlie's to name a few. They also made their SXSW debut in 2018 as part of a local showcase held on 6th street. Currently the band has been recording their new EP with producer Ben Gallaway that will be released in Summer 2018
