I have often used (maybe even over-used) the phrase “a who’s who of Front Range musicians.” But I take all the others back, because no album is as deserving of that as Scott Dale’s Tiny Diamonds. He’s got the normal characters of Schochet, Thorin, Schepps and Teele, among others, but he also gets Nick Forster (Hot Rize) and even Daniel Sproul of Rose Hill Drive on this singer/songwriter/folkie album of heartfelt and heart-breaking tunes, reminiscent of The Eagles and Neil Young

Bio
Scott Dale is a rising singer-songwriter from Boulder, Colorado. Raised in Oklahoma City, he began to develop his musical craft around age 10. Scott Dale's Oklahoma roots are evident in his skillful songwriting and guitar playing but his album-rock heritage tips the genre scale a bit more toward the rock scene than country. However, many of his songs can certainly go either way. Thankfully, someone came up with the "Americana" genre that embraces it beautifully.
You can hear a strong influence of the 1970’s L.A. music scene in Scott Dale’s music. Laced into his somewhat country songwriting you'll hear influences from Jackson Browne, Neil Young, Poco, Lyle Lovett, The Eagles, and even a little Led Zeppelin. The fact that he must have watched Buck Owens on Saturday afternoon television in the 1960’s won’t surprise you either. Even if you are not a pure country listener but don’t mind getting a little mud on your boots every now and then, then you’ll love his music.
