Satarra Troutman is a singer songwriter and bassist, born in Cleveland Ohio and raised in Atlanta Georgia.
Satarra fell in love with story telling from a young age, and always had something to say. Looking for something between soul and rock, and never quite believing she had to sacrifice one for the other, Satarra fell in love with albums like "Street Fairie (Cree Summer), loved Lenny Kravitz, and Lewis Taylor, rocked out to Dave Matthews Band and saw Sting in all his glory and knew that was it!
Ready to take over the world with her bass, and her own fresh innovative lyrics, Satarra has created something organic, authentic, and undeniably soulful. Satarra has been described as having the innate ability to move people, to move them to think, feel, act, and dance.
