Bio
My name is Steven Samora. I am a singer/songwriter and evolving recording engineer with over 18 years experience with guitar, vocals, recording, and performing. I created Samora after performing covers with my acoustic guitar to get over my fear of singing for crowds. I wanted to create and front my own project so I can retain rights to my songs and swap out members if need be. Since 2016 I have established myself and brand. I have played over 30 shows with well known bands like Trapt, Hed(PE), Saliva, Orgy, and many others. My sound draws from a variety of influences from metal to acoustic. If you enjoy the dark ambient edginess of bands like TOOL/A Perfect Circle, the strait-forward in your face thrash sounds of Killswitch Engage, and the emotionally driven breakdowns and electronic vibe of Linkin Park, you're guaranteed to enjoy Samora.
