Runaway City was formed in the spring of 2009 by members of Fighting Instinct (Gotee records), Layden, and Chasing Daylight. The three bands combined have already accumulated large local and regional followings by opening for acts such as REO Speedwagon, Daughtry, Red, Family Force 5, Leeland, Toby Mac, The Ballas Hough Band, Rush of Fools, and many more. Because of their combined following they have not played a regional show for a crowd less than 200 people. They just recorded a five song EP expected to be out this fall, and they will be touring the east coast as well in support of the upcoming album!
