Bio
Ryan “Royle” Coyle is a NYC based multi instrumentalist. After over a decade of playing independently, Ryan began studying under world renown guitarist, Mike Stern (known for his work with fellow musical icons Miles Davis, Jaco Pastorius, and Eric Johnson).
As a solo act, “Royle” uses live looping technology to build immersive soundscapes that incorporate elements of jazz, blues, rock and roll- and everything beyond and between. Since beginning to perform live as a solo artist in 2019, “Royle” has grown a fan base opening up for a wide range of musicians-including blues legend and Grammy winner Bobby Rush, Grammy nominated blues prodigy-Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Drewcifer (Members of Railroad Earth, Infamous String Dusters) and more.
