Red Rising

Lead guitarist, AJ Amoroso, bassist, Johnny Siciliano and drummer, Jarett Rome met taking music lessons in 2009 and began playing together while they were just ages 9 and 11. Over the next few years, the band played shows with their music school doing covers. In 2012, the group about writing original material and pursuing their dream. In early 2013, Red Rising was born when vocalist, Nick Capozzoli, came aboard to complete the band. 
The band spent the next several months writing and developing their sound. In October 2013, John Moyer of Disturbed and Adrenaline Mob came to hear the band and agreed to produce their first EP, “United As One” that was recorded in January 2014 at Cambridge Sound Studios in Philadelphia. 
With influences that range from the Foo Fighters, Shinedown, Guns N’ Roses, Black Veil Brides, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, Led Zeppelin to A Day To Remember, Red Rising creates a driving blend of rock n’ roll that is uniquely their own. 
Since 2013, they have played some of the best Philadelphia area venues including; The TLA (Theater of the Living Arts), The Trocadero, The Legendary Dobbs, xFinity Live, World Café Live Philadelphia, World Cafe at The Queen, Hebe Music, Dave & Busters, Voltage Lounge and Lincoln Financial Field. The band has also been featured on numerous radio stations and The National Rock Review.
