Bio
Imagine sitting under a cabana as the scorching sun sets, the stars light the fiesta, and passionate music fills the air. The people rejoice in the beauty of the moment and burst into dance. You could be on a beach in Costa Rica, or a rooftop at the hottest club in Los Angeles, but either way, the vibe fits the mood.
Welcome to The Dance - The Song - La Musica.
Red Loquita is a fiery new artist infused with latin spice, polished with
contemporary pop, and alive with the brilliant musicianship of the world’s finest players. You have never heard anything as vibrant, hip, energetic or as original as this. Though one song may force you to grab a partner to Salsa dance, another will have you holding someone close to confess your passions. There are several wonderful surprises in the party, including some of your favorite radio hits (i.e. - Britney Spear’s “Baby One More Time”) done like you’ve never heard before.
Red Loquita is accomplished singer Tera Bonilla and she is backed by the most talented musicians in the business. She is Ann Margaret meets Shakira, with a soulful voice. Performing all over the world, she has shared the stage with artists such as Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Earth, Wind & Fire, Jennifer Paige, Meatloaf, and Barry White. Ms. Bonilla has performed for such prestigious events as the Academy Awards (Oscars) Governor’s Ball; the Movie Premiers of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” trilogy and many others; and a guest artist of many Las Vegas Casinos, The Bellagio, Venetian, Mirage and Caesar’s Palace. Tera is most recently known as the popular radio personality for MOVIN 93.9fm in Los Angeles, home of her pal, the legendary Rick Dees in the Morning!
This record was produced by musical wonder Jamieson Trotter, who is not only one of the most sought after musicians in the business, but one of the hottest producers in music today. He also co-wrote with Ms. Bonilla and arranged most of the record. The musicians on the album are internationally acclaimed, having worked with Celia Cruz, Poncho Sanchez, Luis Miguel, Sergio Mendes, Paulina Rubio, Jackson Browne and Frankie Valli. They have come together to create a new sound, but more importantly a new movement. A vibrant new movement to celebrate life, fun, and great music.
Catch the fever of Red Loquita.
