Bio
Powerboomf is a Chicago-based trio that was formed in 2023. Franco Candir (lead vocals/guitar) met Alex McCarron (drums) through musician app Bandmix. The two then started jamming together and soon became friends. Later on they recruited Omar Juarez (bassist) to complete their signature sound of funk and rock. They released their first single “Not too late now (Right here right now)” and later on they released “’Gotta Give In”, both songs being funk and rock-oriented on their album “Powerboomf” with other songs such as “No Point” “City Girl” “Palm Trees” and much more on the list to come.
