 For most artists, something definitive and unique sets them apart from the herd.  Rising Philadelphia musician Peter Evans is having his defining moment with Miss Nomers Number.  Borrowing elements from Rio, New Orleans and Paris, Sets the world Stage for sultry Gypsy Jazz and Classic Swing that adds exotic flare and drama. Every song was crafted specifically for all people that have love, lost, fought, fallen down and gotten back up again.  Peter aligned himself with Producer/singer/songwriter Bradley Kohn from the UK.  Together they created the songs that came from months and months of writing, jam sessions, and adding in the key musicians that all the elements fell into place.  

“I’ve Been Going Round In Circles, Pulling On A Thread Of Doubt” shows us the experience we are going to have with “Something’s Up” the first track on the album which came out of a different song they had been working on, and grew itself into a unique perspective on relationships.  Peter had an epiphany in the middle of the night for the title and the rest of it fell into place.  It’s one of those oh yea songs, it’s a situation everyone can relate with, the old story of your lover is fooling around and getting ready to dump you. Texan violinist and vocalist Leah Zeger is featured in two songs on the album, her voice gives a nice smoky tinge to “The Edge” and “Cruel Geometry” The songs will have you hanging on every word, the lyrics tell stories we have all been through. It has all the flavors of a soundtrack to a Quentin Tarantino film.
