Peanut Butter Jellyfish's self-titled CD won a Parents' Choice Award. Two tracks have received airplay on WXPN 88.5 FM in Philadelphia. Their song "Working in my Garden" was chosen for the Veggie Soup compilation CD.

Peanut Butter Jellyfish promotes caring for one another and the earth. For example, Lisa wrote "Love Makes a Family (the adoption song)" to honor her nephew's adoption; it speaks to all families, especially "chosen" (adoptive) families; "Habitat" gives examples and explains what a habitat is in easy terms that a child can understand (We all need to eat/and have a place to sleep/We all need a habitat!).
In addition to original songs, Peanut Butter Jellyfish audiences of all ages enthusiastically sing along and get moving on familiar favorites such as Down By The Bay, You Are My Sunshine, Mr Sun, Waltzing With Bears, De Colores and This Land Is Your Land.
PBJF plays a variety of instruments in addition to guitar, educating kids about instruments that may be new to them, such as mandolin, flute, melodica and kokiriko. PBJF sings in Spanish and French (as well as English!). Their vocal harmony is second to none.
Lisa, Denise and David were professional musicians, parents and educators long before they started doing kids' music professionally. As such they hope to raise the quality of music available to kids and parents.
Peanut Butter Jellyfish consistently offers a high energy, joyous, educational and nurturing experience of the highest level of musical quality, singing, and instrumental skill.
