Bio
A native Brooklyn dude straight from Gates and Nostrand to be exact. I grew up listening to the greatest of music. My father, being a musician himself, exposed me to a lot of the artists who helped me develop my craft.
I got into rap via the hallway and my man Don Ron, God bless the dead, making a butter beat on the wall always asking me to hear something. Years of that turned into a miraculous MC and song writer. He was a monster producer, until his passing in 2005.
So I kept my grind on with another childhood friend of mine, now a professional boxer, Jay “Payso” Quinones. Closer than brothers, we started meeting different connects and visiting major recording studios. I guess that’s when this “Payroll Swaze” thing became for real.
Today, I am the founder of Staxxed Ink, a company tuned into breaking new talent and developing a resume fit to present to major and independent labels. Under that same umbrella, we have various outlets and recording studios. We’re also currently setting up the release of my first solo mix-tape “Concrete”
