First thing that stood out about this cat that’s very superficial, but I think appropriate… is there’s no serious lights and glamour (you know “diamond’d out”); he’s just a simple dude. For an up and coming emcees he has a really smooth flow that ran right with the pack of established artists, and I believe that’s what got him into this series. From A-Wun’s material that I’ve heard he doesn’t stick with beats that fit his style, he attacks a wide range of sounds. I’m not going to lie the “Father Time Freestyle” turned out legit (Lil B struggled on this beat, so props to A-wun). - Loud Silence Magazine

Strong believer in letting the music speak for itself. Since starting college, Joshua O'Neal has taken his talents to University of South Florida with goals of spreading good music to any and everyone. A-wun has produced not only for himself but also for other artists in the state of Florida. He has recently released his first solo mixtape titled "The Hangover" which has received positive feedback from the Florida community. His music has been heard in Florida, Japan, Georgia, Texas, and France just to name a few places. A-wun is 1/4 of the rap group Endangered Species.
