Of Truth and Stories

OF TRUTH AND STORIES formed in 2005. Based out of the exploding music scene of Orlando, Florida, OF TRUTH AND STORIES (OTAS) set out to differentiate themselves among the areas many up-and-comings acts. With a high-energy live show and creative song writing OTAS continue to distinguish themselves in one of America’s most competitive music scenes.

After co-producing and self-releasing two previous EP’s, in the summer of 2007 OTAS began work on their International debut--PROLOGUE. Produced by rock veteran Brett Hestla (Dark New Day, Creed, Framing Hanley) and mixed by Pete Thornton (Paramore, Sullivan) Prologue, features OTAS’s blend of synth-infused grooves, hard rock, and honest lyrics. OTAS was even able to draw the help of mega-producer David Bendeth (Paramore, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Breaking Benjamin) for their first single “THAT GUY”.

OTAS continues to tour and captivate audiences, having had the opportunity to take the stage at a variety of festivals and events such as the Glitz n’ Glamour Tour with Rookie of the Year and Roses are Red, The Florida Music Festival (FMF), Rock the Vote, Rock for Hunger 2, Orlando’s Ole' Festival and most recently Bodog’s Battle of the Band Finals for Fuse TV.
