Of Tall Tales

Of Tall Tales is a Northern Ontario, four piece rock alternative band that pushes the boundaries of live performances by utilizing light-show displays bringing their events to life. They are complimented by an energetic stage performance that entertains and engages fans as well as videos that are completely in sync with their songs, making it an all-encompassing media experience. This band does not simply show up to play a gig. Of Tall Tales arrives to put everyone in a frenzy of excitement– especially the one at the back with their arms folded. 

In October of 2013, the band had formed and immediately began writing material. Their first single, The Movement, was released along with a music video and immediately gained local fans in Sudbury, Ontario. On the back of the release of The Movement, they buckled down through the winter months to write their first self-titled EP, which the band has nick-named Penny.

Of Tall Tales is always planning new ways to bring magic to the stage and their fans. They are a “never say die” group that pushes the envelope and encourages each other to always be better. They do not rely on their abilities for who they were, but rather are inspired by who they plan to be. There is no limit to their creativity, and by making waves out of the gate, they know there’s only way to go and that is up.

This band has a story to tell, and as with their name, they intend on it being a tall one.
