NW Women Rhythm & Blues

Sonny Hess started showcasing newly found female talent many many years ago and formed the group called NW Women Rhythm & Blues. Sonny puts together an All-Star lineup of Northwest talent; it always proves to be a show stopping experience not to be missed.

Sonny Hess on lead guitar and vocals, she has Muddy’s, and several other nominations for Best Blues Performance of the Year, Lead Guitarist of the Year and most recently nominated for Lifetime Achievement. Sonny works with many musicians in her mix of shows, from performing duo’s, playing with her band, to her productions of NW Women Rhythm & Blues. She puts her heart and soul into creating each and every performance making it exciting, unique and spectacular from show to show. there are a cast of many well known talents but Sonny seems to always find a hidden gem to bring to your attention. Some names you may or may not recognize are Linda Hornbuckle, Lisa Mann vocals and bass, Janice Scroggins on Keyboards, Vicki Stevens, Rae Gordon, Myrtle Brown,Theresa Lowe, Diane Blue, Cher Widom, Sheila Wilcoxsen, Nicole Fournier, Duffy Bishop, Tracy Ferrara, Kim Carson, Margaret Wilder, Kathy Walker, Kita Montgomery, Juliann Johnson, Laura Petch, Leah Hinchcliff, Kate Hart, Margo Tufo just to name a few.
