Bio
Poetic and compassionate, Noah Kaplan captures audiences with stories and spoken word pieces which share his humanitarian actions and experiences at home and abroad. Filled with moments of challenge, joy and beauty, Noahs message will encourage people to change their view of the world and become active global citizens.
Travelling the world since the age of 15, Noah has experienced first-hand the impact that service can have on a rural community. Covering the globe from Israel to Costa Rica and South Africa to Ecuador, Noah volunteered on environmental sustainability and humanitarian projects. His moment of deep awakening occurred in Mexico where he found beauty and hope in the direst situations. After spending time with a family who lived on a Mexican landfill, Noah quickly came to realize the true meaning of family and community. Before leaving Mexico, Noah assisted in building a home for the family to start their new life.
Since he began speaking, Noah has shared his journey and craft for spoken word with thousands including students, educators, corporations, /universities, faith-based groups and families. He has been noted for his unbridled passion for the world around him and was selected to share the stage with Archbishop Desmond Tutu during his last North American public appearance. This fall, Noah will inspire audiences of tens of thousands at Free The Childrens We Day events with his keynote address. Alongside such influential people as former Vice-President Al Gore, actress and activist Mia Farrow, musician Nelly Furtado, Former President of Ireland Mary Robinson and Noble Prize Laureate and Former President Mikhail Gorbachev.
Captivating and candid, Noah embraces his audiences with warmth and leaves them inspired, motivated and eager to become active global citizens.
