Nimo Kally

Nimo Kally is a singer/songwriter/producer active in New York City for the past year.Nimo was a producer /songwriter / bassist of the New York City based band "Tree Of Mind" between 2004-2009.
Nimo worked as a DJ,and a radio host in 2 of the most respected Radio stations in Israel :"Tel Aviv Radio" (102fm) ,and "Kol Hakampus" (106fm) .Moved to New York in 2004 and since then been involved in writing and producing Alternative/Rock albums .Over the years ,by collecting music from many different Genres (Rock,Indie,Electronica,Tech-House,big beat) ,and collaborating with talented musicians ,he developed his own approach and unique style ,and started producing songs himself.
Nimo's passion for international modern music led him to pack up his bags, leave home, and move to NYC to pursue his musical aspirations.he released 2 ep's with the band available on itunes :"Show me how" ," Assembly".
Both ep's were co-produced with top Billboard producer Lior Magal (Sony/Bmg,GEFFEN RECORDS.FEAT.Pink,Nelly Fortado,Idina Menzel).
Over the years Nimo Kally has been working to create a style that portrays his own interpretation of modern rock, and his music has been influenced by alternative rock bands such as Radiohead, Muse, Arcade Fire, and The Raconteurs.
After playing in Tel Aviv- Israel (his homeland),and Berlin -Germany he is now back playing clubs in New York City.
Nimo Kally has recently been recording his debut album "Espresso River" in his manhattan's studio ,and is gonna be ready to release his first ep including: "Morning time betty","Pick N Choose" around this coming winter.
