With an exclusive interview with the most splendid and cheerful Nikki Lorenzo, she has given the right of pass to uncover her ever more greater qualities; a driven and vibrant music singer/songwriter. With deep passion for music and entertainment, Nikki Lorenzo began singing at the age of five and wrote her first song at the age of eight. Definitely a born talent, Nikki Lorenzo did not take long to begin establishing her destine journey towards the performing arts. Strongly approaching the stage at the age of ten, Nikki accordingly gained accolade, casting in some short films, “Money”, “Human, After All”, and “The Blind Eye”.
Working with Rosemine Group Producer, Chris Rodriguez, Nikki Lorenzo’s debut EP, “Mentally Chaotic” is a delightful listen to as she manifests story telling while capturing the lime light with her talent and personality. Nikki’s EP, “Mentally Chaotic” is described as a deep illuminating yet daintful extraordinaire, somewhat new of Gwen Stefani’s genre type music. “Nikki is the sweet and saucy, fierce and friendly personality that brings all the right talent to the table. She can blow you away while she belts her chops, leaving you only with the feeling of always craving more."
Nikki Lorenzo was featured in NYLON and in her interview, she confessed to her hopes of writing a book one day. Passionately practicing and recording her story telling songs, she says, “if what I’m writing does not sum up to my expectations, I use it towards song,” elaborating on it’s midst of dynamism.
Open-minded to an array of instruments, Ms. Lorenzo, spends time facilitating herself instrumentally, defining her skills as a musician by actively engaging in the practice of harmonica and guitar. Which Lorenzo says, "I would like to learn more and improve on". At such a young age, this engulf of newly planted seeds, musically and instrumentally speaking, will most righteously impact her next album.
Interestingly enough, Nikki Lorenzo is Cuban and is of blood descent from a musician, her father, and former actress, her mother. Nikki says she has been, “singing since I’ve been in the wound.” And yet another greater quality of Nikki’s, is that she likes to experiment with her music style. Moving to California in April 2011, from Miami, where she will be in a surround that will compliment her artistic talent and creativity. Lorenzo’s EP, released November 11, 2009 is described as, “fun, electro/pop/story telling that pours in emotion elaborating song”.

Bio
Nikki Lorenzo was born in Miami, Florida in the midst of Hurricane Andrew. This unsettling phenomenon of nature would later serve as inspiration for Nikki Lorenzo as she describes her music and personality as a little bit of everything all shook up, but forms to create something magical.
Nikki started singing before she could speak and learned Evita by the age of four, at the age eight she wrote her first song and was performing soon after that. Quickly realizing that she craved to expand her musical future, Nikki moved to Los Angeles.
Valerie Morehouse and The Voice’s very own Stevie Mackey started working with Nikki upon moving to Los Angeles, as she is now a classically trained vocalist. While in Los Angeles, Nikki took her love of jazz, blues, pop and rock-n-roll from influences like Fiona Apple, Patsy Cline and The Doors, all the while never losing sight of her roots deriving from Cuba and Spain to craft her sound. The CW network introduced Nikki’s latest tune, “Work That Charm” which was featured in the promo trailer of “Significant Mother”.
Nikki’s passion for writing is revealed within her sassy and evocative lyrics that intertwine with her sultry stage presence. 2016 is proving to be a monumental year for Nikki as she released various music videos, spoken-word films and completed her debut EP that is best described as Witch Blues.
