Nicolette Paige combines multiple genres of music from folk, rap, reggae, rock and the blues. Her eclectic style and lyrics of inspiration and reality reaches into the depths of our existence. She is a true Old Soul. Her music and messages tell true life stories about peace, struggles, love, and everyday life that connect with the young and old alike.
If Ani DiFranco, Jack Johnson, and the Indigo Girls commanded the stage at a world music lovefest, Paige would be the up-and-coming guest artist invited to come on stage and perform feel-good music with a thought-provoking message. And the crowd would dig it.

Her considerable stage presence and supplemental production values aside, Marina wasn't appreciably better than Nicolette Paige, a local artist who could be heard performing on Starlight's V.I.P. stage. Her strong voice and low-key charm impressed. Even without a horn section.

A review from Blog Site "Take Em As They Come" By Danny Alexander. Local singer-songwriter Nicolette Paige then took the stage, not letting up on that intensity at all, but counterbalancing the spectacle with the power of one person, one guitar and (because her guitar cable didn't work) an entirely acoustic performance. Her first song, Hinun, was this unlikely and utterly natural blend of a reggae rhythm, a Native American cadence and her powerful, yet lilting vocals. The second song, Invisible Children, was an eloquent reminder of the objective reason why we were all gathered together.

Bio
I started playing music at 8 years old. I am a left-handed, up-side-down guitar player who writes and sings with great passion. I uniquely combine multiple genres of music including folk, reggae, rock and soul. People tell me I am a true Old Soul.
My Band called the Iries joined me this summer,2009. Nick is the Base Player who just graduated with a degree in Philosophy and plans on playing music for a long while. Austin plays the drums and is a real outdoors man. He loves music and plans on going on the road with us this summer with his dog. Our influences include the great reggae, folk, and rock artists of our time but mostly our influences are our own personal experiences.
