"Now lauded for his Americana, singer/songwriter feel, Driver’s recorded two records (2010's Warm is Your Color and 2011's A Kind of Love This World Could Never Burn) and toured the country sharing his music. This NC native is steady mastering the hustle." -Carrboro Citizen - Carrboro Citizen
"Since going solo with his original acoustic music, this young artist has attracted quite a bit of attention, including being selected as a finalist for the 2011 John Lennon International Songwriting Contest for his song Spare Me Some Change" -A Neck Of The Woods

I love promoting good people who make great music and every once in a while I come across a CD that is so good that I have to share it with folks. Such is the case with Nick Driver's CD entitled "A Kinda Love This World Could Never Burn". Nick's CD is full of positive lyrics and good beats, this one is worth taking a listen - great vocals and harmonies. It will brighten any day. You'll be singing to this one in your car. - Inside 919
This album is positive from start to finish. The music is upbeat and cheerful while also thought-provoking. There is so much to it that you don’t hear in today’s mainstream. The substance most pop artists today seem to lack can be found here. It is hard to find the kind of raw talent that Driver possesses. He keeps it simple. No effects, just a clean sounding voice. It is refreshing and rare. - RaleighMusicDotCom
"The album shows Driver to have a strong future as a singer/songwriter." - Benjamin Squires
"Warm Is Your Color effectively puts the emphasis on his strengths as a lively vocalist with a knack for simple, yet engaging guitar melodies. "

Nick Driver is a solo act straight from our great city. His debut album, Warm is Your Color, draws you in from the very beginning with Nick’s captivating vocals and hand clapping, foot tapping that ensue upon listening to the first track entitled “Logged In.” A personal favorite of mine is the track “Young and Beautiful.” I felt like I was the girl that Nick was singing to in this song. Most of the songs talk about love and provide tons of emotion. They take you back to when you first met that special someone. “Without Love Poster” is a perfect song for snuggling by a roaring fire or doing that very slow dance in your living room with your sweetie. - Raleighmusic.com
"Highlight tracks include, “Logged In”, “Young & Beautiful”, “Without Love Poster”, “Worshipped by the Energy”, “Gardens”, and “Sidelines.” As you can see my list of favorites is over half of the album’s tracks, need I say anything more? Purchase- ‘Warm Is Your Color!’"

"A better comparison might be Eric Hutchinson, Matt Nathanson or any of the other solid songwriter –sons, though Driver’s songwriting displays a more refined sensibility than either."
