The first act on
the night was 13 year old
singer/songwriter,
Natasha Duarte, who
wowed the audience with
her abilities in one so
young. This girl has a lot
of record companies
keeping an eye on as
she develops. I’ve
seen her play at a
number of Gecko
Workshop functions and she
constantly matures in both her
writing and performing. As well, her
parents are very supportive of her
ambitions and talents. Natasha is
definitely someone to watch out for
and the audience showed it in their
applause.
