Bio
Nans & Nat are an innovative new electro-pop group in Montreal. Their music blends electro bass + synth sounds with big pop beats and melodic vocals. Since their first appearance at the end of the summer of 2010, Nans Bortuzzo (guitar, synths, production) and Nat Sukashi (vocals) have performed regularly in Toronto and Montreal, including three showcases at the Toronto Indie Week Festival 2010 and a Meg Montreal showcase. They are also known for their legendary loft parties... They were recently selected to perform at the NXNE and Meg Montreal music festivals this summer. Their music is infectious and has already been licensed for promotional videos for Chanel, H&M, Marcelle Cosmetics and Elle magazine (featuring Florence K, Anne Dorval, Coeur de pirate and Elisapie Isaac, amongst others). In early 2011 they were joined by Marz (beats, samples). Their debut album is slated for release in Fall 2011.
