i currently have one single that recieved a couple of weeks of air play on the coco brother show through a competition. It was retired as champion. J-South is a solo holy hip hop artist. His gifts for music were first used to do secular music. One day while he was at work he was shot in a robbery. While in the hospital he heard his purpose from God. So now J-South is an on fire gospel rapper. His new and improved swagger compliments his new style of rap. While most might categorize Gospel rap as dull, J-South is here to make sure it is excepted by all ears of all ethnic groups. He is able to put an old school flow on and old school song or a crunk style of rap over the new school music. His influence comes from the spirit of the church and the reality of the streets. Ready at all times to spread the word of God through music, J-South is the next phenomenon of the music industry.
