Started in 2006, Mouthful of Snow began as the brainchild of one Kyle Napalan, who when a high school sophomore became an avid creator of music and art. Persevering through several member changes, the band has created its loyal fan base through performing shows and recording demos leading to an impressive range of blog features that have spread their name throughout Southern California. Their first full-length album, "The Truth Hurts, But You Would Still Like To Hear It", has increased their recognition in the music and art community, along with their ability to play memorable shows ranging from benefit shows for nonprofit organizations to bars, clubs and musical events all supporting the local arts. Able to play alongside such acts as Weatherbox, Explosions in the Sky, Tokyo Police Club, Matt & Kim, Nightmare of You and As Tall as Lions, Mouthful of Snow is confident that they have what it takes to sustain public interest while creating genuine music for themselves, and hopefully inspiring other artists to do the same.
