Mississippi Moonshine formed in 2010 when two guys from different parts of the country met in Kansas City at different stages of their lives, while running away from their past. As the months when by, both realized that they both had musical aspirations, as well as the same musical influences. When they finally came together and played for the first time, they knew that they finally found what they were looking for, as they instantly decided to set out a goal: Make it about the music, again.
