Michelly Cordova

Coming from modest musical beginnings, Michelly Cordova has now come into her own with her marvelous voice and emotional expression. Michelly has just finished her 3rd album, this time around she's got music producers, Jane Getz and Bob Tucker. All original songs written by Michelly Cordova, Jane Getz and Bob Tucker, all arrangements by Jane and Bob. This album promises to be her best yet. A Soul & Pop album filled with powerful lyrics about love, dreams and everything in between. Each song has its own special musical vibe; from the Reggae inspired "Can't Change a Man", to the Motown beat of "Love is a Mystery" and the rockin' love song "Come Get My Love". Michelly's upcoming album "Love, Dreams and everything in between" will be available Feb 11, 2014.

Michelly has a seemingly endless amount of experience to draw from, when writing or while performing. Beyond that, she has a burning desire to share her music with the world. Previous to writing songs for her latest album, Michelly wrote several songs for rockabilly legend Billy Lee Riley, included on his final album Still Got My Mojo 2009.

When you watch Michelly perform, its clear she has a talent that pulls the audience into a song. Her music heavily influenced by Billie Holiday, Frank Sinatra, Blondie, Chrissie Hynde, along with Dusty Springfield and other Soul/R&B legends. Michelly's brand of singing can easily be compared to Norah Jone, Sade, and Adele
