Bio
I've always conveyed a deep passion for anything with sound or melody. I'm a self taught musician, and play fully by ear. I've played in several bands spanning genres such as punk, experimental and indie rock. In addition to piano, I can play bass, drums, and some guitar. My musical influences probably describe my foundation well. Some of them are: Keith Jarrett, The Bad Plus, Modest Mouse, Arvo Part, Harold Budd, Spoon, John Coltrane, Peter Garland, Interpol, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Arcade Fire, Elvis Costello, CAN, Ted Leo, Ryan Adams, The Futureheads, Death Cab For Cutie, Phillip Glass, Claude Debussy, Sufjan Stevens, Wolf Parade, The Clash, Igor Stravinsky, Wilco, Ben Allison, etc.
