In 2006 band members Mark and Luke Pierson lost their mother and Luke lost his wife and daughter in a car accident. Through this life changing event they asked themselves what really mattered in life and devoted their lives to God and mission work in Africa. Through these experiences they learned that their only hope was in Jesus. They started writing music based on their trials and experiences in life. Their cousin Zachary joined them to play bass and in 2011 they composed and recorded their debut album (i hope). They have incorporated their various musical tastes into their songs. From influences like P.O.D. and Project 86 to The Offspring. They have blended their different tastes into their own sound and are using their music to spread their message of hope to the listener.
