Bio
Megan Betley is an indie soul artist from Wilmington, DE currently living in Los Angeles, CA. Inspired by musical influences early on, she studied piano & music theory as a child. As a teen she began songwriting & quickly became a self-taught guitarist. In 2009, she released her first demo and followed with several projects after "The Bittersweet Revenge EP” (2010), “Dangerous Places EP” (2011). She toured the East Coast & Mid-West in Fall 2011 & 2012 and relocated to Los Angeles, CA in 2013 looking to expand her career.
In June 2014, Megan was a featured performer on MTV’s singing show “Copycat”. Not long after she began recording debut full length album “Shake the Dust” released January 2015 on iTunes. She followed up the album with a 2 month bi-coastal tour and recently released her first music video single "Alone With My Thoughts" which will be featured on her next upcoming album.
