Mark Taylor is a 24 year-old singer/songwriter from Orlando, FL. In a national scene saturated with indie pop/punk bands, Taylor is both unique and refreshing. He subtly blends elements from influences like John Mayer and Goo Goo Dolls, into his own style of acoustically-driven pop/rock.
For his February 2009 EP entitled 'Break Away', Taylor worked with gold-record producer James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Dashboard Confessional), and newcomer Stuart Brett Westphal. The title track 'Break Away' is dedicated to one of Taylor's close friends who overcame terrible addiction to turn his life around.
