Marion Grodin

After graduating from Wesleyan University, Marion used her writing skills to secure a job as a staff writer for the sitcom It's a Living. As a wildly successful television writer, Marion worked on a number of different sitcoms and feature films before turning to stand-up comedy. As a writer and comedian, her wry wit and spontaneous sense of humor keep her working constantly at the Gotham Comedy Club, the Duplex and Caroline's on Broadway. She's been seen on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Metro Channel's New Joke City w/ Robert Klein, and on ABC's Comedy Corner with Joy Behar on The View. She's conducted celebrity comedian interviews for Inside Edition and appeared as a correspondent on The Charles Grodin Show, where she interviewed Janeane Garofalo, Marlon & Damon Wayans, Spike Lee and Jackie Chan. Marion lives in New York City where she launched her own internet TV show, The Marion Grodin Hour. This summer she can be seen opening for Linda Ronstadt.
