In January, Marco XO shared a snippet of an unreleased track that has since garnered over 38 thousand views.
Now, however, those 38 thousand and change can rest easy, because Marco (A.K.A Otown Marco) finally unleashed the full version of “Mars.”
Though he is certainly more than capable of a few different styles, I think Marco sounds best with a lighter, more melodic approach like the one he takes on “Mars.” Fitting for the space titled-track, the beat has an atmospheric, glistening feel to it set off by some strewed chimes. The boardwalk compliments his vocals really well, allowing the Orlando emcee to really float as he flexes all the way to Mars.

From local to global, Otown Marco releases his brand new song, “Frankie” while on tour. Marco keeps the hits rolling in 2018 and is ending the year on a high not with this new record. Marco XO’s journey into music was kickstarted at the age of just 16 upon the release of his widely supported single ‘FLOWCAINE.’ Blessing his projects with a distinct storytelling style, Marco’s follow up release ‘Money Man’ and the 2015 EP Blue December scored similar success, catapulting the multifaceted musician into the spotlight.
Embarking on a variety of performances at A3C Hip-Hop Festival and SXSW’s SoundCloud x Twitter House, Marco XO has shared stages with the likes of Joey Bada$$, Tory Lanez, Lil Durk, and many more. He recently opened for Oliver Francis’s Overdrive Tour with Big Baby Scumbag and performed at the 2018 Rolling Loud festival in Los Angeles and Miami. Next up, Marco XO will be performing at the Passion of the Weiss x Rosecrans Ave SXSW showcase - Don’t Come To LA - on March 15th. He will then be playing at Miami’s acclaimed Rolling Loud festival in May.
